Hi all, My name is Krista & I am a Certified Reiki Master and Teacher who provides energy healing and guidance through the practice of Reiki. My work focuses on helping individuals restore balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit by working with the body’s energy centers, known as the chakra system.

During my sessions and teachings, I support the alignment and healing of all seven main chakras -from the root chakra, which relates to grounding and stability, to the crown chakra, which connects to higher awareness and spiritual insight. By addressing each chakra, I help clients release energetic blockages, promote emotional and physical well-being, and encourage a deeper sense of inner balance.

In addition to offering Reiki healing sessions, I also teach Reiki to students, guiding them through the principles, techniques, and attunements needed to develop their own healing practice. My goal is to empower others with the knowledge and tools to support their own wellness and spiritual growth while sharing the healing benefits of Reiki with others.

I am also a psychic intuitive who uses heightened sensitivity to energy and intuition to receive insights that can support guidance, clarity, and personal growth. Through intuitive awareness, I connect with energetic information to help individuals better understand situations in their lives, gain perspective, and make empowered decisions. At times, I may receive intuitive impressions or messages that relate to loved ones who have passed, offering comfort, connection, and meaningful perspective to those seeking clarity and healing.
